TrustBridge Health recently transitioned from their pilot to full document processing with MedAttach from WorldView. TrustBridge had a process in place previously to upload and attach documentation to their patient records in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) but have realized the advantages of the MedAttach solution. MedAttach has already proven to be 75% faster than the previous method. After only a few days, a member of their medical records staff called and said, “I don’t have anything else to index,” regarding the process to upload and electronically file their patient information.
The efficiencies have called for more changes at TrustBridge. They are continuing to restructure and repurpose staff since document processing requires fewer people and is significantly faster, and plan to roll out MedAttach to their field nurses in the near future. They are excited to continue meeting their goals to streamline the attachment process. WorldView’s custom integration with HCHB and quick-response support are only a few of the reason’s TrustBridge selected WorldView to help them achieve these productivity goals.
