WorldView Web Client - 1.20.0

Release Date: September 23, 2025

Features

Display Patient Group in Edit Details Page

Previously, the patient’s group or branch was not visible on the Edit Details page. This made it difficult to confirm the correct location for patients who had been seen at multiple branches, often requiring users to leave the Edit Details screen.

What will change?

The Edit Details page now shows the patient’s group/branch directly on the screen.

Creation of New User Groups

We’ve updated and expanded user permission groups to give administrators greater flexibility in managing access:

  • Forms – A new permission group that allows users to log in to the web-based application with access limited to viewing forms only.

  • E-Sign Tracking – This permission group allows users to access WorldView exclusively for tracking forms that are routed for signature. While this group previously existed, enhancements have been made so it can now be assigned to users independently of other groups.

Note: Please contact Support if you would like the Forms user group added for your agency.

What will change?

With this update, administrators can now grant access more precisely, ensuring each user has access to what they need in the Web Client.

Enhanced System Logging for Troubleshooting

We’ve added improved back-end logging to capture user actions within the system. This enhancement allows our support team to more effectively troubleshoot issues and quickly identify the cause of errors, ensuring faster resolution when assistance is needed.

Bug Fixes

Performance Improvement in Document Transitioning

Previously, users experienced delays when moving documents from one queue to another. After transitioning a document, the screen often took an extended time to load. In addition, users occasionally encountered time-outs when transitioning documents to a different group without changing the queue.

What will change?

We’ve optimized the document transitioning process, so screens now load much faster when documents are moved between queues.

Please Note: If you are experiencing problems with transitioning documents, and would like these changes implemented for your agency, please contact WorldView Support.
