How to Access and Use the Knowledge Base

This article will describe setting up your account and accessing the Knowledge Base for the first time.

Requesting Access

To request access to the Knowledge Base, please contact your CSM or support@worldviewltd.com.

Creating your account

1. You will receive an email. Click on the 'Create Password' link to open a new window.

2. Your email will be filled in already. Type in the password you would like to use in the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields. Click 'Save Password' to finish setting up your account. 

3. Once you are logged in, you will see the home screen of the Knowledge Base. From here, you can navigate to the product you would like to know more about or search for something specific.

Navigating the Knowledge Base

1. From the home page, you can select any of the primary categories to explore related articles on that subject.

2. Once you click on a category, a list of articles will display. Make sure to click 'See More' to see all of the articles under the subheadings. 

3. To explore another section of the Knowledge Base, simply click on one of the categories listed on the left side. Additionally, you can view the subheadings within that category by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the category name.

Searching

1. To search, type a word or phrase in to the search bar and click the magnifying glass.

2. As you enter your search terms, relevant results will be displayed in real-time. If you find an article that matches what you searched, simply click on it to access the information you need.

3. If you would like to see all the results matching your search, hit the 'Enter' button on your keyboard. This will open a new page that contains all of the search results. 

Signing Out

1. To log out of your account, simply click the 'Sign Out' button located at the top of the screen. This option is accessible from any page within the Knowledge Base.
