Features

Hand-Drawn Signature for Signers 

Users can now sign designated forms by drawing their signature using a finger, stylus, or mouse.

What will change?

Patients and caregivers can now sign documents directly on touchscreen or desktop devices, making the process faster and easier.

Additional Signer at Form Initiation

Previously agencies were limited to only one signer when sending forms for electronic signature. 

What will change?

You can now add multiple signers - for example, both an agency representative and the patient/caregiver can sign the same form.

Add Additional Signers Without Primary Signer Requirement

Previously, the document could only be viewed/signed by additional signers if the primary signer was found/verified. 

What will change?

With this update, the additional/extra signers can still receive/sign the document even if the primary signer on the document isn't recognized/valid . The document can continue through the E-Sign workflow for all other required signers, ensuring the process moves forward without delays.

SMS Delivery for E-Sign Notifications

This update introduces the ability to capture a signer’s phone number directly on the input form, allowing verification codes to be sent via SMS.

What will change?

• E-Sign verification codes can now be delivered by text message rather than just by email.

• This enhancement provides greater flexibility and supports instances where internet or email access may be limited or unreliable.

E-Sign Error Queue Enhancements

We’ve added new options to items in the E-Sign Tracking Error queue, making it easier to manage and resolve errors. 

What will change?

Two new options are now available in both the Unity and Web Client applications:

• Remove from E-Sign 
• Move to E-Sign Initial Tracking 

E-Sign Report Improvements – Signed Date/Status 

This enhancement provides improved visibility into signing progress and makes it easier to audit signature timelines.

What will change?

A new column has been added to the E-Sign report to display the Signature Date/Time along with the E-Sign Status.

Bug Fixes

E-Sign Form Removal from Multiple Lifecycles

When removing an E-Sign form from the E-Sign Distribution lifecycle, the form remained in the E-Sign Tracking lifecycle.

What will change?

Removal now applies across both lifecycles; ensuring forms no longer needing signature are fully cleared from tracking.

E-Sign Tracking Report – Date Range Filter

Results when running this report included entries outside the selected date range.

What will change?

The report now correctly respects applied date range filters.

Auto-Attach Override Fix

Certain forms were auto-attaching after signature, even though they should have been sent to WorldView's Inbox for review by the back office team.

What will change?

All forms that require review will now be appropriately routed to the Inbox in WorldView after signature.
