      • Track the name and type of form

      • Track when they submit the form

      • Confirm submission when the web view opens a successful submission page

Mobile Application to Support Landscape Orientation

This feature ensures when users using a tablet/mobile device rotate the device to landscape mode, the app should automatically detect the change in orientation and switch to landscape mode when viewing the following pages the Pending Uploads, Upload Documents, History, and Forms.

Issue: The app doesn’t change orientation to landscape mode when the device does causing a distorted view in the application.

What Will Change?

When the device is rotated, the app should automatically adjust to the new orientation, ensuring forms and all other elements are properly displayed.

Branch Keyword Not Passing Over

The 'Branch' keyword entered in the Mobile Referrals section is not being passed over and does not appear as a keyword in WorldView.

Issue: Customers that need to lock down access by branch for referrals submitted via the mobile application are unable.

What Will Change?

The 'Branch' keyword will be passed over and appear as a keyword. This allows for assignment to certain individuals based on the branch that was selected during the upload.

Sporadic Error when Saving/Loading Forms

Users reported experiencing intermittent errors when attempting to save and upload forms in the mobile app potentially leading to loss of data on completed forms. This issue occurs sporadically and does not seem to be related to the users' internet connectivity as it has been reported under strong signals.

Issue: Users encounter error messages when saving and loading forms even with strong internet connection.

What Will Change?

Forms should save and load successfully without errors.
