WorldView Mobile Complete 5.6.0

Release Date: April 30th, 2025

Features

Note: For these updates to take effect, customers must update their app to the latest version available on the App Store. These updates will only impact Android devices.

Mobile Upload Size Limit - 20MB

Issue: Documents exceeding 20MB are not accepted by the EMR, which can lead to processing delays and necessitate manual intervention.

What Will Change?

The system now prevents users from uploading any document over 20MB via the mobile app. If a file exceeds the limit, users will receive a clear error message and be prompted to reduce the file size before retrying.

Option to Disable Join/Leave Chat Notifications in Mobile Messaging

Issue: Users were previously notified whenever participants joined or left the chat, leading to excessive and distracting alerts.

What Will Change?

Users now have the option to disable notifications for when participants join or leave a chat, while still receiving alerts for new messages within the conversation.

Note: For more information on this feature, please contact WorldView Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Bug Fixes

Latest Episode Did Not Appear at the Top of the Dropdown

Bug: Previously, when selecting a patient episode from the dropdown list in the mobile app, older episodes appeared first, requiring users to scroll to locate the most recent one.

What Will Change?

The episode selection dropdown will now display the most recent episode at the top of the list by default. This allows mobile users to access the latest episode more quickly, improving the user experience when working with patients with multiple episodes.

Signature Button Visibility

Bug: Users were unable to fully see or click the "Apply Signature" button when signing documents. The button was only partially visible and could not be used properly—regardless of whether the device was in portrait or landscape mode.

What Will Change?

We’ve corrected the button’s placement and sizing. The "Apply Signature" button now appears fully and correctly on all screens, no matter the device or orientation.

Mobile Forms Loading

Bug: Some forms were not loading when accessed through the mobile app, preventing users from opening and completing the form.

What Will Change?

Users can now open and complete forms on mobile without errors or loading issues.

Mobile Form Submission Confirmation

Bug: Most mobile users were not receiving a "Submitted Successfully" confirmation after submitting a form. As a result, users were uncertain whether their submission was completed, leading to multiple duplicate submissions.

What Will Change?

The system has been updated to consistently display a "Submitted Successfully" confirmation after mobile form submissions, providing users with clear feedback.

Login Error Message

Bug: Some users were receiving the following error when attempting to log in on their mobile device: "Invalid user or has never been accessed from this device."

What Will Change?

The system now correctly recognizes previously authorized users and devices.
