WorldView Mobile Complete 5.7.0
Release Date: February 25th, 2026
Features
Global Distribution Groups Secure Messaging
Global Distribution Groups give administrators the ability to set up predefined user groups that users can choose when messaging multiple recipients.
What will change?
Previously, distribution groups were created individually by each user and were only accessible to that user. Now, distribution groups can be set up at the agency level and made available for users to select.
To create a Global Distribution Group, administrators will go to 'Secure Messaging'. In the upper-right corner, select the three dots and choose 'Edit Distribution Groups'.

Line of Business/Service Line Displayed
Previously, when selecting a patient in the mobile app, the patient’s Line of Business was not displayed. In organizations with multiple service lines—such as Hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Care—this made it harder to quickly confirm that the correct patient record was being selected.
What will change?
The patient’s Line of Business/Service Line will now be displayed when selecting a patient in the mobile app. This update makes it easier to verify you are working in the correct service line and helps reduce the risk of selecting the wrong patient record.

Bug Fixes
List Current Episode First
Previously, when selecting an episode, the most recent episode did not appear at the top of the list, making it harder to quickly locate the correct one.
What will change?
The list will now display the most recent episode first.

Messages not Appearing after Reinstallation of App
Previously, after installing or reinstalling the mobile app, existing messages did not display right away. The message list would only appear after the user received a new message, which caused confusion and made it seem like prior messages were missing.
What will change?
With this fix, messages will load and display correctly upon installation or reinstallation of the mobile app. Users will be able to view their existing message history immediately, without needing to wait for a new message to trigger the list.
Incorrect Form Status in History Tab
Previously, users on the mobile app could successfully submit forms, and the documents were properly created in the system. However, the app displayed a “Do you want to leave?” prompt and marked the submission as a failure in the History tab, even though it had uploaded correctly. This caused confusion and reduced confidence in eForms.

What will change?
This issue has been fixed. Submissions will now display correctly, and the History tab will accurately reflect successful uploads.
Episode Default During Patient Lookup
Previously, when loading a patient record, the episode dropdown would sometimes default to an older discharged/recertified episode. This created a risk of documents being attached to the wrong episode.
What will change?
The episode dropdown will now default to the current or most recent episode, helping ensure documents are attached to the correct episode.
Error Uploading HEIF or HEIC Files
Previously, pictures uploaded in HEIF or HEIC formats would get stuck and fail to upload in the app, preventing users from adding these images to patient records.
What’s changing?
The app now supports HEIF and HEIC image formats, allowing these files to upload successfully without issues.
