      Features

      Physician Directory: Bulk Directory Import

      This feature allows bulk importing of data into the physician directory, physician location directory, and admission coordinator directory. Users can now efficiently update multiple entries at once instead of updating each record manually and individually.

      What will change?

        • There will be new option (Physician List) when users select the Admin tab.
        • Users will have access to an option to Import Physicians to enable bulk import and download template.

      Steps:

        • Log in to the Web Client. Select the Admin tab.

        • Click on the Physician List dropdown.

        • Select Import Physicians.

        • Click on Bulk Import. Choose either to drag & drop or add CSV file.

        • Select Import to display results. Click Ok.

      E-Sign - Document Annotations

      This feature enables users to annotate and mark up documents before electronically signing them. By allowing users to review and adjust document content, this functionality ensures accuracy prior to the final electronic signature. 

      What will change?

        • Users can access a toolbar option to annotate the document.

        • Users can add text, draw, and download.

      Steps:

        • Log in E-sign, select Pending Documents.

        • Select the Pending Signature tab holding documents that can be annotated.

        • Select any document. Click on Edit.


        • Save & Close after editing.

      Web Client - Secure Messaging

      This function enables the ability to communicate using WorldView's secure messaging platform directly from Web Client. This allows users to stay connected and collaborate without the need to switch between different platforms.

      What will change:

        • Users will have access to messenger by clicking on the username tab.
        • Users will be directed to WorldView’s secure messaging by clicking the Messenger option.

      Document Splitting by Page Count

      This feature enables document separation by any specific number of pages. 

      What will change?

        • Currently, custom splitting of a document maxes out at 3 pages. Documents can now be split into the desired number of pages.

      Bug Fixes

      Faxing 30+ Orders - Delay or Failure

      In the Outbox, when users send a large batch of orders (30+) using "Fax Now", it either does not send or there is a significant delay in completing the task.

      What will change?

        • When a user selects more than 25 orders to 'Fax Now', a message will appear requesting that they select 25 or fewer orders to fax. 

      Document Tracking User Group Restriction

      Currently, users must be in the Document Tracking user groups to log in to the Web Client.

      What will change?

        • Users are no longer required to be in one of the Document Tracking user groups to log in to Web Client.

      Inability to Utilize Physician Search Option

      When searching for certain physicians using the physician search tool, a grey screen would appear. 

      What will change?

        • Users should now be able to search for all physicians using the Physician Search.
