Filter/Sort by Tags
Users can now filter by the Tags column in both the Inbox and Outbox.
What will change?
You can now sort documents by tags by clicking the Tags column header, which toggles between ascending (A–Z) and descending (Z–A) order based on the first tag. Additionally, entering tag values into the search field will filter the list to show only documents containing those specific tags.
E-Sign Tracking: New Actions Available in Error Queue
This enhancement introduces two new task options directly within the E‑Sign Error Queue:
- Remove from E‑Sign
- Send Back to E‑Sign Tracking Initial

What will change?
New options have been added to the settings menu, enabling users to efficiently perform necessary correction tasks directly within the queue, eliminating the need to exit the current workflow.
Document Separation: Ability to Upload Additional Pages
Users can now upload additional pages directly from the Document Separation screen.
What will change?
Users can now upload additional pages directly from the Document Separation screen, providing greater flexibility and control during the separation process.
Steps:
1. Select 'Merge/Split Documents' from the main Inbox grid.
2. Select 'Add Pages' on the document you would like to edit.
3. Drag & Drop or Click to import the pages you would like to add.
4. Select 'Add Pages'.
5. Rearrange the pages as needed, and select 'Save & Close' to exit the Document Separation window and return to the main Inbox grid.
Document Merging: Maintain Focus After Separation
Previously, when users split or merged documents, the grid reset to the top, interrupting their workflow and requiring unnecessary scrolling to locate the processed document.
What will change?
Once a document is split or merged, the grid will now automatically highlight the most recently processed document, allowing users to easily locate it without the need for scrolling or manual searching.
Click-and-Drag to Zoom: Inbox
This feature allows users to click and drag a selection box on a document in the Inbox to zoom into a specific area.
What will change?
Users can now click and drag to zoom into specific areas of a document in the Inbox, using the new icon highlighted below. They can also easily reset to 'Page Width' or zoom out to return to the default view.
Steps:
1. Select the icon to allow for the selection zoom tool, then click and drag around the area you want to zoom.
2. The zoomed area will appear in the document viewer window.
3. Select the zoom dropdown to return to the original view.
Bug Fixes
Numeric Sorting for "Days Outstanding" Column
The "Days Outstanding" column in the Hold for Signature queue (Outbox) now sorts values in numerical order, ensuring that documents are arranged from the smallest to the largest number of days outstanding, rather than by the initial digit of each number.
What will change?
Documents are now properly sorted from the smallest to the largest number of days outstanding.
