Release Date: July 29, 2025
Features
Draggable Pop-Up Dialogs
We've updated the way pop-up dialogs behave in WorldView. Previously, pop-ups could obscure background images, requiring users to cancel the action just to view the content behind.
What will change?
You can now drag and reposition pop-up windows—like Fax Details or Transition windows—within the Web Client. This makes it easier to view and work with the document behind the pop-up without having to close it, reducing interruptions during document processing.
Loading Sign in Document Separation
Users previously had no way of knowing whether the document was still in the process of loading pages during the document separation process.
What will change?
Users can now easily identify when a document is in the loading process by observing a spinning circle icon.
Manual Zoom Capability in Document Separation
Previously, users could only preview a slightly enlarged version of a page by hovering over its thumbnail.
What will change?
With this release, we've added full zoom functionality—users can now click to zoom in on individual pages for a clearer, more detailed view during document separation.
Inbox: Removal of Document Count Auto-Refresh
To help reduce processing time in the Inbox, we've introduced a new option to disable automatic updates of queue total counts between each processed document. This enhancement allows for smoother, more efficient workflows—especially when handling large volumes of documents.
The action is configurable, allowing customers to enable or disable automatic refreshes based on their needs.
Note: Customized changes will be implemented on a per customer basis. For further details, please reach out to our support team or your Customer Success Manager.
Increased Data Cap on Productivity Report Dashboard
Previously, there was an item limit on Productivity Reports Dashboards of 9,999.
What will change?
The number of items you can view in Productivity Reports has increased significantly. This allows for more comprehensive reporting without running into data limits.
Bug Fixes
Document Splitting for Large Files
We’ve fixed an issue that caused the system to freeze when merging or splitting documents with more than 25 pages. Previously, these actions could become unresponsive, requiring a page refresh or logout to continue working.
What will change?
With this update, large document operations are now stable and perform as expected.
Note: Documents containing very large, high-resolution images and a high number of pages may still experience longer load times during processing.
Manual Zoom Bug
Some users reported that zooming in on documents occasionally caused the content to appear completely blacked out.
What will change?
This issue has been resolved, and documents now display correctly during zoom interactions.
