Features

Patient Lookup by Date of Birth

Users can now enter a patient’s date of birth alone or in combination with the patient’s name when processing documents in the Inbox. This update streamlines patient identification, especially when multiple patients share the same last name, and helps prevent documents from being attached to the wrong chart.

What will change?

Users can now search for patients by: 

• Patient name only 

• Date of birth only 

• Combination of patient name and date of birth 

Filtering by Blank Values 

Previously, users were unable to filter document grids for records with blank values, making it challenging to quickly identify items needing categorization or follow-up.

What will change?

With the latest update, users can now apply filters to columns to display only documents with blank values by selecting the dropdown next to the column header. 

Selecting Multiple Pages for Deletion in Document Separation 

Previously, when merging or splitting documents, you had to select each page individually in order to delete it.

What will change?

With this update, documents can now be selected and deleted at once by clicking select all, making the process faster and more efficient.

 

Bug Fixes

Blank Screen When Expanding Page

Previously, expanding a document in the Intake queue would occasionally cause a blank screen.

What will change?

Users can now view both the document and its details with issue. 

Related Orders - Displaying Incorrect Order Number

From the Signed Orders queue in the Inbox, related documents would sometimes display the order number from a previously viewed order.

What will change?

The order number will now display correctly, allowing you to reference other documents without interruption. 

Document Separation: Cut into New Document Errors

Previously, saving a split document after clicking the ‘Cut into New Document’ button in Document Separation could result in a white/blank screen and an extra individual blank page. 

What will change?

Document separation and save actions, initiated by using the Cut into New Document button, now complete without any blank pages or white screens

Referral AI Feedback Blank Screen 

Previously, the AI Referral Feedback tool would occasionally display a blank screen or experience a delay when users clicked the Submit Feedback to Classifier button.

What will change?

The feedback submission page now loads correctly. Users can submit AI referral feedback without disruption. 

Physician Dashboard: Incorrect Dates 

From the E-Sign Pending Documents list, the Document Date and Date Sent columns were swapped, displaying incorrect data. 

What will change?

Dates in WorldView’s E-Sign Portal now display accurately for Document Date and Date Sent to the signer.
