      New Features and Enhancements

      1. Send to Fax Enhancement
        1. What’s New: Users can now send faxes to Non-Physician Fax.
        2. Details: A new sender field has been added, making the NPI number optional.
      2. MedAttach Export Queue Enhancement (View Only)
        1. What’s New: Access to Export Errors, Not Acknowledged, and Holding for Attachment queues.
        2. Improvement: Users can now view MedAttach Export Errors, Not Acknowledged, and Holding for Attachment Receipt queues within the MedAttach Export. These queues provide end-users with access to the documents after they have been processed in Incoming Faxes (until they have attached in the EMR).
        3. Re-Attach to Chart from MedAttach Export Queues
          NOTE: Please contact WorldView Support to enable this feature for your instance.
          1. What's New: Re-Attach to Chart is available from the Error and Not Acknowledged
          2. Enhanced Functionality: Users can perform actions such as ‘Re-Attach to Chart’, ‘Restart/Retry Export’, and ‘Mark as Attachment Success and Remove’ within the Export Queues, eliminating the need to login to the Unity Client to process errors.

      Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes

      • Attachment Location Auto-population: Resolved issue where Attachment Location was not auto-populating orders.
      • Lookup by Patient Enhancement: Added a third row of data (“Service” and “Branch”) for improved data visibility.
      • Re-attach to Chart Keyword Update Fix: Corrected the issue where keywords did not update correctly when selecting a new patient.
      • Editable Fields Enabled: Attachment Type and Attachment Location fields are now editable for Lookup by Order.
      • Improved Document Validation: Ensured the correct document downloads in Inbound, Attached to Chart, preventing incorrect downloads.
      • EMR Integration Enhancement: Enhanced integration with EMRs for attaching medical records and orders to patient charts across different EMR systems.
      • Delete Action Not Working: Corrected auto-refresh after the delete action is invoked, so the newly deleted documents are no longer visible.
      • Wrong Document Download with Attach to Chart: Corrected where the documents descriptions were not generating the correct information, as the system was still holding onto the last opened documents information, when we switched over to a new document.
      • Delay in Loading Hold for Signature Queue: Enhanced the configuration to reduce loading time by ensuring the user interface does not perform all the API calls but only API hits it needs.
      • Signed Order- Batch Mismatch in Related Document Panel: Resolved batch number mismatch when using the Cross-Reference tool to determine which documents are part of that batch.
      • System Freezing in Signed Orders Queue: Resolved timing out when trying to 'edit details' in the Signed Orders' queue.
      • Default Incorrect Phone Number: Corrected wrong default physician number causing users to receive an error message of “incorrect phone number.’
      • Episode Info Display Correction: Corrected the display of episode data when selecting “Edit Details” for order numbers.
      • Search Enhancement in Lookup by Order: Search results now populate accurately as users enter complete order numbers.
