Document Lock Management

Document lock maintains a document’s integrity by restricting other users from accessing a document that is currently in use or open by another user. This feature enables the ability to unlock documents to control editing access.

What will change?

      • Ability for ALL users to view and remove locks on their documents

      • Ability of ADMIN users with permission to remove locks for other users

Ability to Manage Tags

Tags are used to organize and categorize documents that need to be associated with further action/ information. This feature offers the ability of select Admin users with permissions to create new tags.

What will change?

Admin users will have the ability to:

        • Create new tags
        • View tags

        • Delete tags

        • Choose tag color

Note: Tags within the Web Client are exclusive to the Web Client. If you use tags in the Unity Client, they will be imported to the Web Client as part of the release process.


Cover Page Customization and Selection

This feature limits the types of cover pages displayed to users based on their login/branch, so users can easily find and select relevant cover page templates tailored to their specific purpose.

What will change?

If a user tries to send a fax from the Web Client, only Send to Fax specific cover pages will be displayed. Currently customers can view all cover pages rather than their specific cover pages.

Steps

      • Navigate to the download icon on the right upper corner

      • Select Send to Fax

      • Browse a file to fax

      • Cover pages displayed is controlled/limited by the users login and permissions

Send to Fax in Inbound Queues

This feature enables the ability to fax documents directly from the Inbox queues.

What will change?

Users will be able to initiate a fax action from the Inbox queue. When the user selects 'Settings', "Send to Fax" should populate along with the other options such as email, print, download.

      • Users can Send to Fax from the following queues: Documents, VPD Uploads, Signed Orders, RN Review, Escalations, and Intake queues.
      • User can Send to Fax to a physician or other recipient.
      • Faxed document will go through the Document Tracking lifecycle until it is successfully faxed

Steps

      • Navigate to Inbox

      • Select any of the queues

Bug Fixes

Attachment Types with Special Characters are not Returning Attachment Location/Category

Current behavior: 

The Attachment Location field is not loading If Attachment Type has these Special Characters: !@#$%^&*()-_=+. This issue prevents users from accessing these attachments.

What will change?

The system correctly handles attachment names with special characters, including '&', and successfully returns the location/category of the attachment.

Steps

      • Navigate to Inbox, select Document

      • Go to settings, select Edit Details
      • Select Attachment Type that has special characters
      • Attach to Chart
