Improve Loading Times for All Inbox and Outbox Queues
This feature is an enhancement to reduce the amount of time it takes to load data in high volume inbox and outbox queues.
What will change?
Customers who have a large number of documents in their Inbox and Outbox queues should see a significant improvement in load times. This will also impact the load time of the next fax after successfully processing a document in the Inbox queues.
Added Ability to Process Orders from Reports
This feature allows users to perform tasks directly from the Reporting section in the Web Client, eliminating the need to navigate back to the Outbox.
What will change?
In addition to viewing reports, users can perform the follow tasks:

- Fax now, Follow-up Notes, Send in Batch Fax, Update Cover Page Comments, Mark Order as Sent, Assign to User, and Update Tag.
- Note: These actions are available based on the queue they are in. Some actions may not be available from certain Outbox queues.

E-sign Entity Administration
This feature allows authorized Web Client customers to add, edit, and remove physicians who use e-Sign with WorldView.
What will change?
Authorized users can access E-Sign Admin via the Web Client to:

- Add/Edit/Remove Entities
- Add/Edit Initial/Post Signature Reviewers
Note: The E-Sign feature will need to be requested by the agency to become available in the Web Client
Bug Fixes
Maximum Tag Length
There is a maximum total character count for the tag column set to 250 characters. Currently the web client does not enforce this rule which can cause the tags to be cut off in the Unity Client.
What will change?
If the user attempts to add a tag that exceeds the 250-character limit, they will receive an error “Unable to add tag: No room for more tags”.
