Bug Fixes

  1. Multiple Document Upload - Subsequent document delete action failing after saving the first document. (Bug 9457)
    1. Issue: When attempting to upload multiple documents from the Document Upload screen, the cancel upload feature would not work after saving the first document.
    2. What has changed: Multiple document upload is fully functional with the ability to cancel documents a user no longer wishes to upload.
    3. Steps:
      - Go to Upload Document
      - Select multiple documents to upload
      - Search patient, save/upload first document
      - Cancel upload for the rest of the documents

  2. Deleted Documents Recover Button is Not Functional (Bug 9495)
    1. Issue: Recover button does not work from the Deleted Documents search.
    2. What has changed: The recover button is functional and returns the deleted document to the original queue it was deleted from. There is a description column to help with document identification.
    3. Steps:
      - Navigate to Search
      - Select ‘WebSearch Deleted Document’
      - Choose a date range
      - Select any document
      - Click on the Recover button
      - Verify document was returned to the original queue it was deleted from
  3. Details Screen Collapsing After a Couple of Successful Attach to Chart (Bug 9410)
    1. Issue: After every successful attach to chart, the user gets a success message, and then the next document in the queue populates for processing. Currently, the system is collapsing the details screen and users must go back to ‘Edit Details’ before attaching to chart.
    2. What has changed: The details screen is no longer collapsing between documents. Once a document is successfully processed, the next document will appear with ‘Attach to Chart’ button ready.
    3. Steps:
      - Select Edit Details
      - Click Attach to Chart
      - Expected behavior is the ability to continue to attach to chart without going back to edit details
  4. No description column for deleted documents search (Bug 9450)
    1. Issue: The description entered when deleted documents from the Inbox isn’t displaying in the Deleted Documents search.
    2. What has changed: The description column in the Deleted Documents search now shows the value that was entered in ‘Comments’ as the document was being deleted.
    3. Steps:
      - Navigate to Search
      - Select ‘WebSearch Deleted Document’
      - Choose a date range
      - Select any document
      - Click on the Recover button
  5. MedAttach Export Queues (View Only) (Bug 9434)
    1. Issue: Users were not able to view notes from the Error or Not Acknowledged Queues in the Export workflow.
    2. What has changed: Users can now view notes in the Export queues. The notes will be read only, but the user can scroll through the notes if there are multiple.
    3. Steps:
      - Navigate to Inbox
      - Export Queues
      - Select any of the folders- Errors, Not Acknowledge or Holding for Attachment Receipt.
      - Select Document
      - View Note
  6. Filter Option in Outbox is not generating results (Bug 9482)
    1. Issue: When working from the Outbox, the filter in the upper right-hand corner does not narrow any results.
    2. What has changed: Users can now utilize the filter to narrow results in the Outbox queues.
    3. Steps:
      - Navigate to Outbox
      - Select Hold for Signature
      - Select Document
      - Enter value in the search field
