WEBINAR TRANSCRIPT

Alright. Well, thank you everybody for for joining us today. A couple quick housekeeping items. We are recording this webinar, so we will be, sending out the recording to everybody who registered.

So you'll see that in the next couple days or so.

We'll also be taking any questions in the q and a section or in the chat, so feel free to type those in as we go along. And we have a slide at the end who'll answer all those questions.

And with that, I'll kick it off to Cody.

Perfect. Perfect. Thank you, Alyssa. And, like she said, thank you for everyone, that's joining in on the webinar today. We're very excited to be talking to you and presenting on our e-sign platform. And I will go ahead and jump in.

So the first thing I'd actually like to talk about today, for those of you that don't know, is just a little bit of background on WorldView. So WorldView as a whole, we go far beyond basic care coordination and document management. We actually create efficiencies around your daily workflows, anything from orders to documents and integrating directly with your EMR.

And one of the newest and best ways that we are doing that is through our e-sign platform that allows us to send orders directly to your physicians via email.

What is E-Sign

So the first thing I'd like to talk about is what is the WorldView e-sign platform. So the platform is an efficient and user friendly way to improve order turnaround times. It actually gives the physicians the ability to receive the orders directly in their email inbox and sign or decline those orders directly from that platform.

One thing I would like to point out is that, your physicians are not having to sign up for another portal or create a login or password. It is directly to their email inbox, and they click on the link that takes them directly to our platform, and it is a four digit code only. And then then they would have access to sign all of their outstanding orders directly from the WorldView e-sign platform. This is going to promote timely signatures and increase your agency's cash flow, which would be a great benefit for you as the provider.

So why choose WorldView e-sign?

Our goal, like like I've talked about a little bit, is to deliver the orders directly to those physicians when and how they prefer.

So we we want to give multiple different options and one being their email. This gives them the ability to sign or decline these orders basically in any aspect of their life. So they don't have to do everything, you know, at the office. They can take a little bit of work home with them if they'd like to.

This gives them flexibility and, therefore, will save them time and you time as well, in getting these orders back signed quickly. We understand that, you know, not all providers and physicians are the same, so we like to provide multiple different options. The e-sign solution allows for a simple signing process. They can sign and decline the orders, which will help, increase that, or improve upon that order turnaround time.

Benefits for Providers

Benefits for the provider, they're gonna receive their orders back faster. It's gonna increase the cash flow coming into the agency.

So having the flexibility to sign directly from the email, sign, or decline, will help get these orders back in quicker, help get the orders actually signed and not just marked up, so that you are increasing that cash flow. The physician also has the, you know, ability to sign or decline like we've talked about, which will decrease the number of outstanding orders. So the orders are not only just coming in marked up, they're actually being declined if they need to be and given a reason why, and we'll touch on that in a little bit. They also you have the ability to skip the signature review step.

So one thing that WorldView does is we provide a review step for your typical way of signing orders. So when they come back in, you would review or have a team member review and make sure that there is a signature on that order. Within e-sign, you actually have the ability to skip that step because we are verifying that, yes, there is a signature on this order, and it goes directly back into your EMR as a signed order. So that is also gonna save you some time as well.

It is a very easily accessible platform.

Like we said, they're actually able to get on at any time, sign these orders, and then you would actually be able to see all of your different reporting options. So you would be able to see the number of orders that have been declined. You would be able to jump in and see how long it takes directly from that e-sign platform to get orders signed as well.

Benefits for Physicians

So as far as your benefits for the physicians, it gives them a ton of flexibility within their daily schedule. So they would have the ability to sign or decline orders like we've touched on. They also can review those orders from any location using an email. So like I said, if they wanted to take some work home with them, get out of the office, they would be able to sign or decline these orders directly from home. They also can jump directly into the platform with just an authorization code. So like I touched on earlier, they're not having to sign up for another portal or create a login or password. It really is a four digit banking code or four digit code kinda like a banking system where they would then have access to all of their outstanding orders, not just the one you're sending them at that time.

They also have available reports within this system. So they can see how long it's taking them on average to sign these orders, or they can see exactly how many orders they have outstanding so they can better understand, you know, what they need to do as far as getting these orders signed.

And then they can also easily sign multiple orders at one time. So this is something they can go in and handle one order at a time, but if they choose to, they can select multiple and sign or decline all at once. So it really is a huge time saver not only for the physician but also for you as a provider.

Live Demo

And next, we'll actually jump into the live demo.

So this is the actual platform that the physician would see. So like I touched on a little bit, they would receive an email with a link, and they click directly on that, and then they would enter in a four digit banking or four digit authorization code that would be sent to them via email or text message. That is gonna give them access to the platform that you see here.

Like I touched on, they're not only gonna get access to the order that you're sending them at that time, but they would receive access to all of their outstanding orders.

They can select any of those orders and sign, and then it is a digital signature that will be dropped directly onto that order. One thing also I didn't want to touch on is that once that order is signed, the document is locked with a cert with a certificate to ensure that it has not been tampered with. So you don't have to worry about that either.

One great tool, around e-sign is that they can actually decline these orders as well. So let's say they chose to decline, they would then have to pick a reason, and they could leave a comment. So this is gonna notify you and your team why this order is being declined so that we can get it fixed and sent back out. This is gonna help with that order turnaround time as well because we're gonna be able to fix these orders that would otherwise stay outstanding for long periods of time and you would not know why.

So this is a huge benefit.

Like I touched on also, you can do this one at a time, or the physician can select multiple and sign all, and they would all come back in directly as signed orders.

I do also wanna touch on, you know, every physician is different. So some physicians actually like to have a member of their team or, let's say, a nurse practitioner do an initial review. So we have a step for that as well. So if you have a physician that wants that nurse practitioner to do that review before coming to them, we can set that up. So these these orders would go directly to that member of their team for that initial approval, and then the physician would sign from there. So we can set that up based on that physician's preference as well.

They're also given access to a dashboard. So this is part of those reporting options for the physician where they would be able to see exactly how many unsigned orders they have. They would be able to see, on average, how many days that they their orders are outstanding, and they would also be able to see the number of declined orders that they have submitted.

At any time, the physician can scroll down and dive a little deeper into that report and actually export this to an Excel sheet, which they could then upload into their own system for their own tracking purposes as well.

They also get a completed documents queue. So at any time, if they wanted to jump in and see, you know, when was the last time they signed an order or when was the last time they declined an order, this is a full report of all of their completed documents that they would have access to at all times.

So this e-sign platform was really built around giving flexibility back to the physician while, helping improve that order turnaround time for you as the provider. So it really is a great platform to help increase the cash flow that's coming back into your agency by improving that order turnaround time.

How to Get Started

So how to get started with the e-sign platform? Well, you know, obviously, you can contact anyone here at WorldView, and we'd be happy to help. I would be happy to help dive a little deeper into this e-sign platform or talk, you know, more specifics on how it can benefit your agency or the physicians you're currently working with.

You would be able, so how do we get the e-sign platform adopted by your physicians? Well, we actually would provide you with marketing material that will help you push this along to your physicians. So this will show the benefits of this platform, not only for you, but for that physician as well, which will help, increase the number of physicians you have that would like to adopt this platform.

Then you would also be able to update your physician's preferred delivery method because as we are we are pulling these automatically, we would know, okay. This physician is an e-sign physician, and we would send those orders directly to their email for signature.

So I I would love to help anyone on this call that would like to learn a little more about e-sign or how it can benefit, your agency or the physicians you're working with. We would be happy to help at any time.

Q & A

Well, thank you so much, Cody. It does look like we got a couple questions that came through.

The first one is, can you send other documents through the e-sign platform?

That's a great question. So this platform was actually built with that purpose in mind.

We currently do not have any, customers on e-sign right now that are using it for other documents outside of orders, but it is one hundred percent on the road map. We are working on a few specifics trying to narrow down a timeline for that, but I would be happy to dive a little deeper with anyone if that is a specific need at this time. And we can figure out, you know, exactly when that is coming. But this platform was built with that purpose in mind, and it is definitely, you know, coming in the near future for WorldView.

Oh, that's exciting. Another question we got is, is each email specific for the individual orders?

Great question. So like I touched on a little bit earlier, the order is being sent directly to the physician's email. Once they get into the platform, they have access for all of their outstanding orders. So it's not like they would have to get a specific email for each order. Once they click in and use, that four digit code to get access to the platform, they can sign or decline any of their outstanding orders that we have within the system.

Awesome.

We got another one saying where is the marketing material located? We currently have e-sign, but we need more marketing.

That is a great question that we can have your customer service rep follow-up with you on. If you reach out to them and ask, we can definitely send you all the materials and even get some customized if you need.

Yep. Definitely. Reach out to the the customer success manager. Or if you're having trouble, reach directly out to me, and I would be happy to track that down and and get that material over to you.

Looks like that's all the questions I'm seeing so far.

Okay. Alright. Yep.

Oh, we got one more. If the order goes to a previewer, how does it then get to the doctor to sign, and how long is the authorization code good for?

Yeah. So the authorization code is for is good for the time that they are signing in. So let's say, you know, once they click on it, they're gonna receive that code for that for that time. Every time they would go back and click on the link, they're gonna receive a new code.

And then as far as for the initial review, that is set up on a workflow basis. So it would be specific, to each individual agency.

But they would be able to set that up to where once that initial review happens and is approved, it then transitions, over to that physician, and they're notified that they have an outstanding or they have an order that needs to be signed.

Thank you.

Another question. Is this HIPAA compliant, and are you able to sign off as a business association for HIPAA compliance?

It is a HIPAA compliant platform. All of the platforms we have here at WorldView are HIPAA compliant. So yes.

Good questions. That seems to be it at this time unless any others trickle in.

No other questions?

I'd be happy to help answer any question that I can.

I think that's it for now.

Okay. Okay. Well, if there is any interest, please reach out. I'd be happy to help as well as any other member here at WorldView.

Yes. Well, thank you everybody for joining today. Like I said before, we are gonna send this recording out. The contact information is there on the screen for you. But like Cody said, reach out to anybody at WorldView, and we're always happy to help.
