WEBINAR TRANSCRIPT
Alright. I'm gonna go ahead and kick us off here. So welcome again, everyone, to the Streamline Home Health and Hospice Data Tracking and Automation Processes with One Powerful Partnership, webinar between WorldView and KanTime.
Just a couple ground rules for everyone as we dive in. I'll go through an agenda and, do some introductions and let you guys know what we're talking about today.
Feel free to use the question panel in Zoom if you guys have questions along the way. And, depending on how much time we have at the end, we'll go through and answer any questions that we can for you.
Alright. So today, I we're gonna, first, I'll I'll tell you a little bit about myself, For those of you who don't have the pleasure of working with me in the past, I'm Nolan Craig. I'm the sales executive here at WorldView. Been here for about eleven years, eleven years this month, actually. So been here for quite some time. Really excited to, learn more about the health care, partners that we have in place today, and, excited to explain the solution for all of you today.
I'll also, let Craig introduce himself from KanTime.
I'm Craig Greer, director of product enhancement and special projects at KanTime.
I've been in hospice twenty two years and, mainly on the operation side. I started as bereavement coordinator and chaplain, worked in sales and marketing, became an executive director, and ran an education program. And then the last several years, I was really the manager of our implementation of KanTime.
And when our hospice sold, I decided to come over to KanTime because I believe in the product and enjoy it so much. And I think we have a lot to offer and just appreciate the flexibility and growth of growth of the software. Hope I get to work with some of you.
Wonderful. Yeah. So today, Craig's gonna walk us through an overview of KanTime and, their solution, and we are gonna jump into WorldView. I'll give you an explanation of what we do.
We are excited to, explain a little bit more about the home health and hospice integration that we have, for both those service lines and, everything that we can do together to help enhance and improve that solution for you. Like I said, we'll save some time at the end for some questions. So go ahead and use that question panel, and, we will kick off. So, Craig, I'll have you start and tell us a little bit more about KanTime.
Who is KanTime
Well, KanTime is a health care software that really supports all post acute health care lines of business. And what's great about us is the state of our clinical documentation, and that means we really stay abreast of technological changes that allows us to adapt quickly not only to regulations, but also to expand our platform.
And what we do is we basically identify the goals and tasks and treat this kind of like a factory where we hang hand off one task, after it's done to the next person to the next person or the next discipline.
And what's so critical about that is that ensures you get paid.
Everything that we do is based on our payer rules. So we basically go from the end to the beginning, setting up by rules of how you'll get paid and making sure all along that process is met.
So a lot of things that we do is we pre identify goals and tasks. We have auto fills available and work with full capacity. Even when you're not connected to the Internet, you can still access the software.
We automatically synchronize documents in the background. And, again, you can see all the lines of business that we serve.
So pediatric certified home health, hospice. So they're just a whole lot of areas we serve. You can go to the next slide.
I can look at all these numbers and I love these numbers because they tell a big story, about can time, but the biggest story they tell is that you're gonna get paid. So we can serve your patients. We are a flexible software system that expands easily with your business. So as you grow, we certainly can grow with you. And again, what's really important is we have a robust partnership with our customers, but also partnerships like with WorldView.
And, we have other integrations as well. So we work with you to make sure that you have what you need. And the WorldView partnership is one of those that we're very proud of in the terms that we can track the documentation and provide updates to can times EMR so that we ensure compliance.
And you can go to the next slide.
Actually, we also have data as a service. This is a new product that we have offered, which basically allows you to analyze your data. That means to detect the trends over time. We have a lot of robust reports built into can time that give you a lot of information. But our data is as a service basically uses snowflake and Tableau to basically look at trends over time so you can find, you know, the things that are going on in your business and make business decisions that can help you become more profitable And also see and see transit. Maybe you have some areas of liability that you need to correct. So it gives you a lot of information.
It's a robust system that allows you to create your own reports and your own basically information that will help you do a better job each day and save money, which is what we all need to do in the days of cost cutting of Medicare and insurance. So it's really important for us to stay on top of it and be as productive as we can.
And that is my part.
Wonderful. Thanks, Craig. I appreciate that. And, you know, what I wanna do also is kinda set the stage for, who WorldView is.
Who is WorldView
And so in a nutshell, you know, WorldView is a process workflow and automation platform, and we're built to create efficiencies.
We boost cash flow. We facilitate growth for health care organizations.
But we're not just a a care coordination or a a fax management system.
We actually work from intake to completion of care, and we go beyond, that to organize, track, automate documents, and processing.
Essentially, what we do is we allow your organization to focus on the bigger picture, which is patient care and physician satisfaction.
So what I wanna break that into for you here is WorldView.
We are based off of, and we strive to maintain three core principles.
So strong partnerships for us is both with EMRs and clients, like Craig said.
We're encouraging everyone to bring ideas to the table, and we do that, consistently to enhance the world views experience. And so for anyone that's suggested a solution, or an improvement to our system, we thank you for that.
But we also go beyond the out of the box solution. So when we're talking about broader solutions, some of our best offerings come from ideas that are based off of your input.
And you'll learn that over time, WorldView is a solution that will grow with your organization. It's gonna grow with the regulations.
It's all, part of the input that's provided from the the partners that we have that allow you to incorporate more and more into the solution and and take advantage of more and more, efficiency from the from the solution itself.
We also provide a white glove service. We're more of a service organization than we are a development shop, and we've been that way for twenty plus years.
What that means is that we're going to help your organization, develop the solution that we have in place. We're gonna go through implementation and hand hold you through the entire process, making sure that you guys have full adoption of our services and are completely satisfied.
And on top of that, you know, anytime I ever have a question for, a technology company that that I work with, I want an answer as quickly as possible. And so that's possible with our our twenty four seven support as well. Again, we we want to be there as your partner through the entire process.
One Powerful Partnership
So what I wanna talk through now is how WorldView, fits in with KanTime and your organization.
And so, you know, like Craig said, where KanTime is focused on compliance and ensuring that your patients are getting the best care that they need.
They're, task driven, right, to make sure that you guys are able to hand off each task to the next step.
WorldView is focused on, taking a piece of that of of that process that you guys would have. So WorldView is focused on enhancing the areas where you're sending, tracking, and receiving documentation.
We're ensuring that your agency can accept patients quickly, get a complete picture of the care that they're that they need.
We wanna make sure that you get paid timely, and then we're allowing you to start patient care right away.
And so that direct integration with KanTime allows you to avoid that repetitive tasks that you would sometimes have with dealing with, all of those processes and allow your organization to save on costs without losing the ability to serve your patients.
So I'm gonna focus on, kind of four core solutions where, you know, these typically would be pieced together to serve the the full value of our solution.
And first, I'm gonna start talking with, about order tracking or physician orders. And so that process where documents are being created as orders for physicians to sign, and you need them to be signed in a timely fashion. And that's so you can manage that process, in getting those orders back from physicians, to get paid, but then also in some cases to start patient care. And that can sometimes be a a time consuming process.
And so what WorldView does is we're allowed to get those orders from KanTime once they're generated and created and approved, And then we can deliver those automatically to the physician in the delivery method that they prefer.
And what we find is that roughly eighty percent of those orders that WorldView is sending out are coming back signed from the physician within seven days. So whether that's going out through fax or, through, esign or if you guys are hand delivering those orders, you can manage that whole process within WorldView.
And through that automation, we're helping reduce the turnaround time to help you guys get paid.
And if you're using esign, which allows you to send those orders to physicians electronically through email, that can cut down that time from seven days down to, even one or two days.
I also wanna talk about Meditach. So medical records is everything, beyond referrals, beyond physician orders. Your team is responsible for viewing and attaching those into can time, which is ultimately the the source of record into that medical record. And so, you know, wouldn't it be nice if you had someone that can automatically rotate documents that come in upside down or that can, automatically separate documents on faxes with multiple records in a single fax.
Or if there was an organization that could recognize different documents and know the document type, you know, separating a lab and labeling a lab from a consent as it comes in, reducing the amount of time that you have to spend identifying those documents.
We also have the ability to assign, document ownership to your team so that you'd have the ability to directly review and attach documents into and time. Again, reducing the amount of time that your team is spending on all of those processes, before the document really has even met their queue.
And then I wanna talk about intake as well. So workflow, we have a workflow, and documentation recommendation or recognition that allows you to process referrals from any source. So, you know, whether you're going out to Allscripts or Epic or other portals or sometimes you have those referrals coming in through faxes, or even if you're capturing them through our mobile app, WorldView has the ability to enhance the intake workflow and allow your team to improve efficiency by up to about fifty percent.
This allows your team for more throughput, and speed, which essentially, you know, if you're in a geographical or regional area where there's a lot of competition because there's a lot of home health and hospice agencies, this will help your team get to clients better, better compete essentially for accepting and meeting, more of your patient's needs and increasing your revenue.
I also wanna talk about our mobile app. So a majority of the team that uses WorldView, would be someone that's in the field. So whether that's a caregiver or, maybe they're a marketer, our application brings a lot of efficiencies, several different tools into a single app that ties everything together with what they would do in the field back to the back office.
So we have tools in our mobile apps such as, document automatic document capture and wound measurements.
We also do electronic forms and, signatures for physicians.
And then we also have a secure messaging tool that, caregivers can use between themselves or the back office to securely discuss, patient care.
But at the end of the day, the mobile app helps to reduce time on returning that documentation back to the office. It'll save them a trip.
It'll save, that extra step in scanning or bringing it back and potentially even losing the document on the way. And it's been proven to increase the clinician satisfaction. Again, you know, reducing the amount of trips that they have to make on their very long day already.
Demo Overview
So what I'm gonna do next is I'm gonna jump into a demo of the system. I wanna show you how some of these things work.
And so upon login to WorldView, you'll be able to see and recognize, every document that's come into our platform. So, you know, think of WorldView as rather than, you know, documents coming in through the fax machine or documents that may be coming in through a fax server.
Everything would be coming into WorldView through a centralized hub.
And so you're able to see, you know, in our platform, everything that has come in that needs to be reviewed and attached to the chart in pending documents.
You can check on all of those referrals that have been sent and completed into, KanTime.
You'd also be able to jump to the order tracking solution. So if you have, outstanding orders that need to be brought in, or followed up on, you know, you can jump directly to those queues. And so it's separate and organized in a way where individual, users would be able to see their tasks and jump directly to it.
Or if you're maybe a system admin or, part of, you know, the leadership or management group, you might want an overview that actually shows you everything that's pending and every outstanding document so you can set up and customize your solution that way.
And we also provide a physician search and a patient search so that you can jump directly into different physician information.
You can look at all the documents that are maybe outstanding or that a physician has sent. You can also jump in and look at any document. So for audit purposes, you can look at any document that would be, sent in through the platform and attached to KanTime, through this patient search, looking them up by either the name or their MR number.
But first, I wanna jump right into the documents that are outstanding, that need to be signed by a physician.
And right away, you can see all of the orders that have been sent over directly from KanTime. Your team hasn't really spent any time getting those into our platform. So those are sent automatically to us as they're generated.
And you have the ability to respect the physician's, delivery method. So, you know, if if you still have physicians that want those orders, manually, then you can, jump directly in and print out these orders in our system.
If you have physicians that maybe are preferring those to go out through, faxing still, or esign, we would actually do that automatically for you. And so, you know, we can match your needs as an organization if there are any faxes that need to go out to physicians or or those esign documents that go out through email and you wanna send those to the physician right away. We do that right away, but then we can also set up our system to send every three days or every five days or maybe every seven days depending on your organization's specific needs.
And so before you even get to this queue for anything to work, we've already sent those to the physician, and we can continue to resend those to the physician as well until those come back signed, giving you the opportunity to focus more on that physician follow-up and sorting and prioritizing your work based on, anything that may is maybe more noncompliant or specific positions that you wanna touch.
So you can jump into these queues. You can filter and sort, for specific orders. But I also wanna show you that we have that real time dashboarding, available for you as well that lets you sort by the, status of those orders that are outstanding. Maybe you wanna see anything that's outstanding versus anything that's pending additional information, or you wanna go right into those orders that have been received.
Or if you wanna jump to the aging, documents and actually sort by what's been outstanding the longest, you'd have the ability to do that from these queues.
And, again, we've already sent these out multiple times. But if you wanna jump in, you can actually, take control of the wheel. And so we always like to describe it as a self driving car, the order tracking system, where you have the ability to jump in and take control whenever you need. And commonly, we have scenarios where maybe you get a physician on the phone and they're, standing by their fax machine.
They can't find their order, and so they want you to send it right away. You can jump in, select as many orders as you need to, and fax them all out to the physician right away. And our agencies that we work with use us as a full tracking solution. So you'd be able to jump in, and you can add, different changes to the delivery details if you want to.
You can add notes as far as how many times you followed up with the position and specific details around that.
And then you can also jump into our system and and adjust the cover pages as well. So if you wanna start adding more verbiage, that, calls attention to them being more noncompliant, or how many attempts that you've made already or if it's an urgent order. That's something you can do all all with a single click and a single note.
Jumping in further to an actual order here, you have even more options to take control. So, you know, I mentioned esign where if you want to be able to send this to a physician through email because they've given you that email address, you can do that directly from here as well.
You can fax it right away.
You can send it to an alternate number, like I mentioned. And that esign gives you the ability to send it to the physician, directly to their inbox.
And rather than having them log in to the system when they click that link, it gives them the ability to authenticate in with a onetime use code. So it prevents that physician from having to sign up, create a login, create credentials, or anything like that that would normally prevent them from using a system like this.
But once they submit, then they're able to jump directly into their outstanding orders, and that can be customized based off of the physician's office. Sometimes they have a nurse practitioner that would wanna review ahead of time.
Sometimes they have a billing clerk that would maybe wanna see those orders that have been signed and get those into their EMR. That can all be customized, and those those individuals can also be set up in the system to receive emails once that, portion's been completed.
But jumping into an order is as simple as clicking, reviewing the order. And then, again, that signature is as simple as a click where it would then drop off of that physician's queue.
And what's great for the physician is, let's say, they've had a nurse practitioner review all of those orders ahead of time, they can also jump in, practitioner review all of those orders ahead of time, they can also jump in and they can select multiple or all of those orders that are outstanding and sign them all right away with a single click.
And a great advantage to your, organization would be the ability to review any declined orders as well. So in cases where physician doesn't wanna sign because it's not their patient, or maybe there's something wrong with the plan of care, you can actually set up reasons that the physician would be able to select. They can type in their own custom message, and then that would be feedback that you're able to receive back immediately in real time so that you can update and fix the plan of care or adjust that order in can time, and then we can get that out to the physician right away.
So what I'm gonna do is jump into now the inbox portion of what we do. And, again, all of these documents, that come into your agency today all need to be attached into Can Time. That is the system of record, for all of the medical records that are associated with patient care. And so, you know, whether that's a referral that's coming into your system or, maybe that's that signed order that's come back in, in fax, or maybe it's another medical record. You know, anything else essentially would come through the fax lines and can come directly into WorldView.
This would also include those, you know, documents that those referrals that are coming in from different referral sources.
You can also, track and manage any of those medical records that are being uploaded from physicians in the field using our mobile app. So everything you see here is already sorted and filtered based off of, the the method that it's come into the system.
And you have the ability to, to to jump right into those documents and and assign those out to different individuals. So, you know, if something came into this queue and WorldView wasn't able to recognize it, then you would still have the ability to jump in and sort and separate these documents out directly within queue here. So I can select multiple documents and just with a simple drag and drop, I can save and adjust and manipulate those documents back to where they need to be before I attach those to the chart.
And, again, WorldView has taken steps here already to separate out those documents. And if we've been able to recognize it, then it's already been sorted and filtered for you. So all you have to do is jump into a document.
You can look at the details of that document in terms of which, location it's going to attach.
I can do a quick patient search as well. Again, integrated directly with KanTime and the patients that exist, you can just do a quick patient search in WorldView, look up that patient.
If we've already selected the attachment type because we've recognized it, or you can adjust that here as well. And then all you need to do is attach to the chart, and that document goes directly over into can time and attaches directly into the chart without any extra steps from your team.
I also wanna take the time and, talk a little bit more about reporting as well where, you know, that is typically an extremely important tool for you to be able to use in our system where, you have individuals that are are working with documents and follow up or following up with physicians, or you have individuals that are going into our platform to attach those into charts.
This gives you insight into essentially the productivity of the team. So you can identify you you know, if someone needs a little bit of help, in training, you can identify that in our system, based on the number of documents they processed.
You can also identify different bottlenecks in our system as well. So this is giving you, the ability to find and identify areas of opportunity for your organization to improve or, build essentially actionable items.
So, you know, right here, you can see I've got an an entire list based on the individual of how many documents they've attached to the chart. Maybe I wanna jump down and actually work this list. If I'm someone that follows up with physicians, I can jump directly to those. And these are all workable charts that allow your team to, not only see the data real time, but also work the data real time as well.
And then last but not least, I did wanna show you, our eforms as well where, you would have standardized forms that maybe you're sending out with clinicians or, with your marketing team that would need need to be filled out in the field and then brought back in to attach to the chart.
We actually have the ability to do that within our system as well where we can create those, electronic forms or image forms from the forms that you already have and use today.
And whether that's, you know, check boxes or alphanumeric fields or, date pickers or even if you need, to capture a signature, those are all things that can be done electronically wherever they need the to access this form. So we can host this, you know, on an Internet site for yourself, or, we can host this directly on our page where they have the ability to access these forms, fill them out, get the signature, submit it. And then that would come back into the chart, for, or even into the back office for someone to attach that to the chart in the can time.
So we get a lot of, individuals, a lot of, organizations that like to use these for, consent forms or maybe the notice of Medicare noncoverage forms that are standard with every visit.
We also get a lot of agencies that like to use this to submit new referrals or, to diagnose or or chart the level of care needed for in in individual, visit.
So I'm gonna jump back real quick, to our PowerPoint, and I'm going to kinda wrap this up.
So, you know, last but not least, what I wanted to do was, you know, first, I wanna thank everyone for joining and letting us spend time explaining who we are and how we can help your organization.
If I haven't had the pleasure to, meet or work with you, you know, this is a webinar, so it's very high level.
We wanna get more into the into the details of how we can help your organization as a next step. So please feel free to use the contact information, that you see on your screen here to reach out, and we can connect on that.
I also wanna thank KanTime and Craig for joining and walking through their solution, and for, you know, being a great partner for WorldView, all these years. We continue to to work together and improve the solution, and I'm very excited by, adding the hospice service line to, what we're able to to integrate with this year.
I oh, go ahead.
No. So I wanted to say, you know, one more thing that, that I wanted to leave you with, and then we'll jump into some QA as well. We've got a couple of of questions in chat here.
So, let me jump over to those questions real quickly.
Questions & Answers
So, you know, the first question here is for the mobile scanning application.
What is the background application that you are utilizing?
So for mobile, we actually have built and developed our our own application. And and, for those of you that may be familiar with it, our back end is, Hyland OnBase.
But we've decided that, the way that, the home health and hospice industry uses, the mobile app, we had to develop our own to make shit make it as easy as possible for the clinicians to use. And so we built that from the the ground up to allow for all of that functionality that I mentioned earlier.
I also have another question here. How do I connect with portals such as Epic based, and is it automated completely?
We actually have a few tools that allow you to go directly out to Epic or Allscripts to those platforms and bring referrals directly into our system.
And that prevents you from having to download that out, to save that. Maybe you're printing it or scanning it back in, or you're going through an upload process that way. You would be able to index that directly from Epic or Allscripts, and you'd be able to fill out that referral demographic information. And with our integration with KanTime, that demographic information goes to create the patient record, and that, referral document follows. So it helps save you guys a step in that in that aspect.
I also have another question. Will WorldView upload demo or training visit videos to KanTime platform for training review?
That's a great question. We do through any implementation, we actually, have the ability to record those sessions, and we can record, any of the training, that we do. And it's all basically geared toward your individual agencies. So we go through a custom demo, and training session with each implementation we do, and we allow you guys to to, have those training videos to do with what you want.
But that's a great question, and I'm I'm wondering if maybe we can continue to follow-up on that after the the webinar here to see if there's something we can do with can time as well.
I also have another question here. How is WorldView different?
How is WorldView OnBase different than what you just demoed?
So, again, if you're familiar with WorldView in the past, we've had the ability, to work with Hyland OnBase, which is a robust enterprise content management system on our back end.
And in the past, you've had to install WorldView, and and the OnBase tools that are associated with that. And what we demoed today was our web client, which is a newer interface that allows us to access WorldView directly through any web browser that you have, the ability to join from.
And so rather than requiring that install, you have the ability to to jump right into our system. That also gives you the ability to brand that, login or that portal. It gives you the ability to white label that if you wanted it to look like it was, just another part of your organization.
So it's fully web based, has single sign on capabilities, and then, obviously, it's less pull for your IT team as well.
We also so a question on are we able to send a recording of this training to share with our staff in discussion. So, yeah, I forgot to mention at the beginning, but we did record this. This is, a a recording session that we, will put together. And so we're hoping by the end of this week, we'll be able to have that ready to go and send out to anyone that registered for this so you'll be able to get a link. And then you can also have anyone that never registered, go ahead and go out to that page to register, and then they'll be able to receive that recording once it's available as well.
And then last question was a definition of cost. So, we have the ability to, kind of go through the full solution with you in terms of what you guys would, take advantage of. But like I mentioned, a lot of the return on investment comes from the full package. So, we would be able to discuss cost with you based on the size of your agency and then also based on the tools that you guys, take advantage of from our system.
So happy to happy to jump into more detail there. Please do follow-up, and we'll, we'll talk through your agency specifically. And that was our last question. So appreciate the engagement from the team again. Thank you again, Kantime and Craig, for jumping on and helping us with this webinar.
And, we hope that you guys all have a great rest of your day.
Hey, Nolan. It looks like there's a couple, questions still in chat. Oh, thank you.
Alright. Let me jump to those next.
So the question is, hey, Nolan. Isn't there a way that referrals can be brought directly into Can Time, as in new intake? Yes. So I did touch on that with one of the previous questions.
We do have an integration to where all of those referrals that come into our platform. If there isn't a patient that exists, you'd be able to type in the patient demographic information in WorldView, and then that would flow over into KanTime to create the patient record. So there wouldn't be a duplicated effort there that's required to get that demographic information into KanTime as well. That can all be done through WorldView, and then the attachment, would be sent as well.
And then, again, a question on whether or not the physicians, have or whether WorldView has the ability to, configure, how the physicians receive their referrals or or have their, sorry, let me reread that. Isn't there a way that can time, in can time that you can configure how physicians wish to have their referrals delivered either by eFax or by the mobile app or by snail mail?
And then when they're transferred in the can time, automatically handed correctly into WorldView. So, yes, we do use a delivery method within WorldView.
And that's a can time field essentially that when that physician has a preference in can time, we actually respect that delivery method in WorldView, so that we're able to deliver those, those orders to physicians, via fax if they prefer it that way. We won't deliver them through fax if they preferred another method, and, we can, hand it off to them through, like, the mobile app to sign, or we can, have you print it from our system and deliver it that way through, either, you know, hand delivery or snail mail that way as well.
And then I do have a question on OCR parsing functionality. So I did mention the ability to recognize different form types in WorldView. And so we do leverage OCR to, manage, you know, what document is coming into the system and, order information. When that comes in, it's coming in with a barcode that we can read.
But if that barcode's cut off, we can actually use optical character recognition even further, to make sure that that information is read. On referral data, we're actually, using that to run a route. Yeah. You can.
Oh, sorry. Did you have a question there?
Okay. Nope. I'm just gonna jump right in. So OCR is used in WorldView really for parsing functionality, and then allowing you to recognize those referrals. And in a lot of cases, we're using that to separate those referrals out, but then also, you know, auto, separating those, auto rotating those as well.
But then you would fill in that patient demographic information and send that over into, send that over into key and time with that demographic information.
And then it looks like so WorldView has aging. KanTime has, aging as well in dashboard tracks, but how can WorldView be configured to resend orders to physicians that have yet to sign their order as to how often you will automatically resend that certain amount of time aging? So that's a great great question, and it's actually configurable per agency. So the question is, know, how do we configure, orders to be resent to physicians? And, again, that's something that you would be able to decide based on your agency needs and best practices.
We have a lot of agencies that prefer to send it every seven days if it hasn't come back and signed, and so we can match that. But, you know, a lot of agencies decided to, increase the amount of time or increase the amount of sends in time, to help get those back faster. So if your agency wants those to come back every three days, that's a setting that we would be able to to, put in place for your agency specifically, and it'll resend those orders as long as it hasn't come back in signed already. And that again is in the delivery method you prefer. So if that's going out through fax, we're gonna refax it out to the physician, as a second or third or fourth attempt. And then we also have the ability to flag those after a certain period of time and escalate those so that you're notified if it's been sent four times or if it's been sent, and still hasn't come back returned after thirty days so that your team can jump in and, and, escalate that or follow-up directly with that physician.
Okay. I think that's all the questions, at this time. So I appreciate again, all the engagement with the team.
I did wanna, thank you again. And, Craig, I wanna give you an opportunity as well if there's anything else that you wanted to add.
Yeah. I just appreciate the partnership.
Yeah. Absolutely. We appreciate it too, Craig. So thanks again, everybody. I will, close out the webinar now, but, everybody have a great rest of your day.
